By paying the deposit and booking with us, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Bookings & Payment Schedule
- We ask for a 20% deposit of the total invoice to confirm the booking in our calendar.
- Final payment of the invoice is due 2 weeks from the hire/event date.
- Failure to pay your outstanding balance before the event date, will see an automatic cancellation of our products & services to you. We cannot proceed with your event unless the full invoice has been paid.
DIY Hire Period
- Our hire period for DIY pick up is 3 days. Day before your event, day of your event, day after your event.
- Pick up location is Eight Mile Plains.
- Any item for DIY hire will have a refundable bond added to the invoice. The bond amount will depend on your total invoice and can range from $50 – $500.
DIY Hire Care
- Hirer must keep hire items in proper working order and condition.
- Hirer must store items safely, securely and protect from theft, loss or damage.
- Hirer must not alter, tamper, damage or repair the hire items without written consent.
Refundable Bond for DIY Hires
- Your bond will be paid back to you after you have return the hire items on the agreed return date and there is no damage.
- We will ask for your bank account details to return the bond once we have checked for any damage.
